Grades

  • Due to an increased level of inquiry about the new grading system, this page is designed to help Presidents, as well as New Members/Initiated members in registering for the Grading system.  Please follow these instructions to help make the grades as efficient and accurate as possible for the office of Greek Life.


     

    REMEMBER! You MUST register at LEAST 75% of your membership in order for grades to be processed.


      

     There are two ways to join a chapter:

     

    An individual can request membership themselves:

                    1.  Go to www.gunadiframework.com/sli/

                    2.  Login using ONID name and password

                    3.  Search for your chapter and go to its dashboard

                    4.  Click “Join This Group” in the top left corner

                    5.  Then check Email/Junk mail for the emailed link to your membership card

    (If you do not receive an email… simply log back into the database and in the bottom right box titled “Membership Position for 2009-2010” under your chapter there is a blue link that says “Potential” next to “Position Status”… click that.)

                    6.   Fill in membership card (ID #, Major, and Electronic Signature)*

                    7.  Click “Submit Information” at the bottom of the screen

    *Remind your chapter president to also sign your membership card at this point. President see steps 8 through 10 below.

     

     

    A President can submit a member in the database:

    1.  Go to www.gunadiframework.com/sli/

    2.  Login using ONID name and password

    3.  Go to your organization dashboard

    4.  In the bottom right corner in a box labeled “Members for 2009 – 2010” click the blue link titled “All Current And Past Members”

    5.  Then in the top left click the blue link “Add New Member”

    6.  Fill in First, Last, ONID Username, and status, then click add member

    7.  The new member then needs to complete steps 5 through 7 as listed above

    8.  After they do, go back to view “All Current and Past Members”

    9.  Click the blue “Membership Form” link next to their name

    10.  Electronically sign in the president’s slot and click “Submit Information” at the bottom of the screen.

    NOTE: This only has to be done once for any new member, registrations are automatically carried over year to year.  Only changes to member status such as Depledge, Graduated, etc. need to be updated in the system.
